Four County’s Prevention and Outreach programs are designed to provide education on mental health and wellness topics – such as parenting, mood problems, substance abuse, life changes and daily living stress – to help you identify problems and take action to make significant changes.
We especially focus on increasing public awareness and knowledge of mental illnesses in hopes of reducing the stigma often associated with them. Informational and educational materials are available for distribution within the community.
Additionally, Four County actively partners with other community agencies by co-sponsoring information fairs, workshops, community programs and other events which highlight mental health and wellness topics. Support and therapy groups also are available for specific issues.
