Therapist Mobile Crisis Response Team Leader Back up On-Call– This position is designed to provide comprehensive mobile emergency services in community settings with primary emphasis on crisis intervention, stabilizing, and safety planning. This person will work closely with community partners who serve mutual clients, coordinate services, monitor staff availability, approve clinical documentation, and gather and provide data required by MCR model.

Requires a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited institution which provides graduate training in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy. Potential applicants must be licensed or immediately eligible for licensure in Kansas. Two years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health services with one year experience in crisis work preferred.

Starting wage is $68,500/year (salary does include a $2,000 stipend for on-call and $1,500 for supervisor role).

Hours are 10:00AM-8:00PM four days per week.
