Human Resources Orientation Specialist – This position works with the HR team and leads orientation and retention efforts for staff hired by the agency. Primary duties include working with incoming staff, leading orientation classes, and providing support in other HR on-boarding activities. Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of organization, and front-of-the-room experience needed. Demonstrated expertise in managing orientation and/or training activities preferred.
High school diploma or equivalency. The ability to work in Microsoft Word and Excel and other HR and payroll-specific software is needed as well.
Hourly position: starting wage is $17.00/hour.
