Crisis/Mobile Crisis Team Case Manager-On Call

Position entails providing Crisis Diversion Case Management services (de-escalation, connecting patients with needed resources, coordinating appropriate treatment and assisting in dispatch when needed) to agency patients. This position will also assist with Mobile Crisis Team work as this program is developed.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the Human Services Field required.

Hourly position: starting wage is $40,720/year-$17.65/hour (salary does include a $4,000.00 stipend for On-call).
