Crisis Diversion Services Back-Up On-Call Case Manager–   Position entails providing Crisis Diversion Case Management services (de-escalation, connecting patients with needed resources, coordinating appropriate treatment and assisting in dispatch when needed.) to agency patients. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in the Human Services Field required.

Hourly position: starting wage is $38,000/ year – $18.26/hour (salary does include a $2,000 stipend for back-up on-call).
