ACT Therapist/ACT Team Leader –The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team provides non-traditional community based mental health treatment to promote the recovery and community integration of adults with serious mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use and/or serious co-occurring trauma related conditions. The overall goal of the team is to reduce use of ER’s, inpatient hospital stays, and other harmful behaviors. This position will provide community based mental health and/or alcohol and drug treatment services to program patients, work closely with community partners managing referrals and coordinating services as a result of those referrals as well as provide some staff oversight within the team. Position requires a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited institution which provides graduate training in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy as well as a license in addictions counseling (LAC, LCAC, LMAC). Potential applicants must be licensed or immediately eligible for licensure in Kansas.
Starting wage is $$52,011/year. Compensation for this position is made up of an hourly rate and a per pay-period stipend.
