Stress Awareness Month

An event every year that begins at 12:00 am on of April, repeating indefinitely
Our mental health care professionals are here to help with stressors in anyone’s life.
Stress can arise for a variety of reasons. Tips to handle stress are below:
~ Listen to your mind and body
~ Make time for yourself without guilt
~ Get plenty of sleep, eat nutritiously and exercise regularly
~ Talk with someone you trust to help you work through your stress
~ Take time for your hobbies/volunteering
~ Write down your thoughts
~ Plan your time – set limits – compromise when needed
