Management Services |
As
the regular Case Management staff assists people with the day-to-day
process of living, the Crisis Case Management staff assists when clients
require immediate attention. Without these crisis services
providing immediate attention it is possible that hospitalization might
occur. The Crisis Case Manager's position w created to augment the role
of the regular case manager and the other staff at the mental health
center.
This position provides coverage for anyone who is in
need of some support during a crisis. This service is available 7 days a
week, 24 hours a day. |

Project Respond |

Project Respond has developed a specialized team to meet the crisis and
emergency needs of children and their families within their communities,
The team will provide mobile crisis intervention and diversion from
state hospitalization. Services provided by Project Respond will include
individual, family, and in-home family therapy, case management, and
attendant care to help prevent and resolve crisis situations. The
project will also provide screenings for hospitalization when necessary,
and will provide follow-up and after-care services for children being
discharged from hospitals. The project team will also work on early
identification of children who meet SED criteria, and give support to
families with SED children. |
