Administrative
-
Medical Billing Specialist
– Full time position in Independence. Medical billing experience
required.
Receipt and post all
income, apply RA’s and EOB’s and balance daily. Conduct daily
checks and balance for accuracy on accounts receivable.
Generate monthly special billings and weekly electronic
transmissions for services. Conduct all related refunds and
error corrections as assigned by supervisor. Coordinate with
other billing staff as directed daily and at monthly close.

Medical Records Clerk
-
Must have high school
diploma or equivalency certificate; be able to relate well with
people in person and on the phone; and to work under pressure
while maintaining accuracy in the task at hand. Must have
knowledge of office procedures; ability to type/enter data
accurately with a minimum typing/data entry rate of 30 words per
minute; knowledge of basic filing procedures; and, experience in
or ability to learn data entry in a network environment. Must
have valid driver’s license.

Community Based Services
- Children

Children’s Case Managers:
Three
(3) full time openings. (2) in Coffeyville, (1) in
Independence.
Must be able to develop a
therapeutic rapport with diverse individuals of the targeted
population. Must be able to assess and function in a strengths
based model of care. Must be able to link consumers with
resources, coordinate appropriate treatment and provide
documentation for the clinical record.
Must have a dependable vehicle and valid drivers license with no
more than two moving violations in the last three years and no
DUI’s in the last two years. Must complete Case Management
training approved by the State. Must maintain current
automobile insurance.

Community Support Services-
Adults
-
Attendant Care:
Full time position in Fredonia.
Provide one-on-one support and/or
supervision to consumers with severe and persistent mental illnesses in
the activities of daily living or in maintaining daily routines critical
to a stable life style. Provide training in daily living skills to
improve self help that impact living in the community. Monitor progress
toward meeting treatment plan goals. Provide support and supervision
during consumer crisis.

Case
Manager:
Full time position in Coffeyville working with adults.
Employee will provide the strengths
and recovery based medically necessary interventions of Community
Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and Targeted Case Management (TCM)
to people who have severe and persistent mental illness.
Employee will
provide interventions which are related to specific goals on the treatment plan and to document the intervention and the consumer’s
progress toward reaching goals. CPST is community based, face to face
interventions. TCM includes contact with collaterals, the treatment
planning process, and helping the consumer gain access to needed
medical, social, educational and other services.

Adult Program Specialist:
Full time opening in Independence.
Will assist members in maintaining
a work unit. Work individually with members to assist in their growth
and recovery. Staff provides interventions which are related to
specific goals on the treatment plan and document the intervention and
the consumer’s progress toward reaching goals. Staff organizes units
that are work ordered and designed to assist individuals in daily
problem solving, improve social skills, promote health, and enhance
personal relationships. Occasionally, staff also provides groups after
normal work hours, primarily in the community, to assist members in
addressing leisure time issues.

Peer Support Specialist:
Part time position in Independence. MUST BE a recovering mental
health patient who is willing to attend a CAP
(Consumer As Provider) training. Employee will assist other
recovering mental health patients who are actively seeking outpatient
treatment. Will help with human service situations of the patients
you are serving.

Supported Living Attendant Care
– Full time (night-shift) position in Independence. Employee will provide
one-on-one support and/or supervision to consumers with severe and
persistent mental illnesses in the activities of daily living or in
maintaining daily routines critical to a stable life style. Provide
training in daily living skills to improve self help and to interpret
policies, procedures and regulations that impact living in the
community. Monitor progress toward meeting treatment plan goals.
Provide support and supervision during consumer crisis.

This position is part time (30-39 hours/week) and could be
located at schools in Caney, Coffeyville, Independence or
Neodesha areas. General job duties are to assist children with
special needs or behavioral problems inside the classroom so
they can better function with their fellow students to complete
the tasks given by the teacher.

Transportation Drivers
- (6) Part time positions, based in Independence.
The
transporter assists customer with transportation to and from
medically necessary appointments. The transporter will use sound
judgment and have the ability to react effectively in a wide
variety of human service situations. Focus is on patient care,
quality outcomes, and outstanding customer service.
