  Administrative/Operations
  • Billing - (Independence) Full-Time opening. Selected applicant will work alongside teammates within the billing department, conducting all billing operations involving Medicaid, Medicare, third-party payers, collections, and follow-up. Ability to work as part of a team as well as excellent computer and mathematical skills are required. The minimum educational requirement consists of a High School Diploma or GED and one year’s experience working in the following areas: A/R, collections, related 10 key work, or data entry.

  • Front Desk/Intake Support Staff - (Independence/Coffeyville) Full-time openings. These positions consist of aiding with front desk reception duties as assigned to ensure smooth patient entry and appointment scheduling as well as assisting patients in completing all required paperwork and accurately entering the information into the patient electronic health record. Selected candidate should be proficient at utilizing office technology including a multi-line phone system, be flexible and maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service to agency staff, patients and community partners. High School diploma or GED is required. Applicants should also have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and driving record which meets compliance with agency’s liability carrier’s driving requirements. Community Based Services  - Children
  • Summer Program Psychosocial Aides - (Multiple Positions in Independence/Coffeyville/ Neodesha) Responsibilities include providing supervision, structure and safety to patients enrolled in the Quest-Foundations Summer Program.  Applicants must demonstrate an ability to engage with children ages 5-21 in various recreational and outdoor settings with a consistent high level of energy while teaching pro-social skills.  Applicants must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and be 18 on or before May 31st, 2015. 

  • PRN Children's Respite Workers for Kids Konnections Program - (Cowley)  (2) Part-time/PRN openings.  Children's Respite Workers are needed to work one-on-one in a home-like setting with children 3 to 18 years old. Considered applicants must be at least 21 years old. GED or high school diploma and at least two years of paid experience in the Human Services Field or two years of college course work in the field of human services. Also acceptable is  a combination of both paid Human Services experience and college course work in the Human Services field to the equivalent of two years.

  • Attendant Care Worker – (Cowley) (1) Part-time openings. This position provides one-on-one support and supervision to clients and families in home and community settings using the strengths-based model of care. Good communication and teamwork skills are required, as this position often coordinates with other treatment providers in the agency who also provide services to these same patients. High School diploma or GED required.

Community Support Services- Adults

  • Adult Case Manager (CPST) - (Coffeyville) Full-time opening. A case manager is needed to work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Involves flexible hours and travel within the county and surrounding area (agency will reimburse for mileage). Must have dependable and vehicle, valid driver’s license, and driving record which meets compliance with agency’s liability carrier’s driving requirements. Position consists primarily of aiding patients in accessing needed community resources. Bachelor’s degree, four years of experience in the field of human services or a combination of the two to the equivalent of four years is required. Demonstrated familiarity with major forms of mental illness including characteristics of severely and persistently mentally ill adults preferred.

  • Attendant Care - (Coffeyville/Independence) (2) full-time openings. This position provides one-on-one support and supervision to patients with severe and persistent mental illness in the activities of daily living or in maintaining daily routines critical to a stable life style. This position also involves training patients in daily living skills and monitoring patient progress towards meeting treatment plan goals. High School diploma or GED required.

  • Clubhouse Psychosocial Specialist - (Coffeyville) 1 full-time opening. This position entails working individually with patients to assist in their growth and recovery while providing strengths and recovery based group and individual interventions, assisting in the organization of units that are work ordered and designed to assist individuals in daily problem solving, improve social skills, promote health, and enhance personal relationships. High School diploma or GED is required. Applicants should also have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and driving record which meets compliance with agency’s liability carrier’s driving requirements.

Clinical Services
  • Outpatient Therapist (Cowley) Full-time opening. This therapist is responsible for providing mental health treatment services and providing consultation services to individuals and organizations in the community. Requires a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited institution which provides graduate training in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.  Potential applicants must be licensed or immediately eligible for licensure as an LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LPC, or LCPC in the State of Kansas.  Applicants with additional addictions licensure (LAC, LCAC) are encouraged to apply, but this is not a requirement.

  • Peer Recovery Mentor - (Independence and Cowley) (2) Part-Time openings. This position consists of helping develop a network of information and support for others who have been through similar experiences as patients with substance abuse disorders and/or mental illness, assisting patients in regaining the ability to make independent choices and play an active role in their own treatment and sharing and supporting the use of recovery tools. Selected applicant must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated personal recovery experience. Also required are a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license and good driving record.

  • Outpatient Therapist and/or A&D Counselor (Independence) (2) Full-time openings. The therapist is responsible for providing mental health treatment services and providing consultation services to individuals and organizations in the community. Requires a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited institution which provides graduate training in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.  Potential applicants must be licensed or immediately eligible for licensure as an LMSW, LSCSW, LMFT, LCMFT, LMLP, LCP, LPC, or LCPC in the State of Kansas.  For the A&D Counselor, an LAC or LCAC is required.  A combination therapist/A&D Counselor is preferred.

Crisis Services

  • Crisis Services “Standby” Attendant Care – (Cowley) (3) Part-time openings. This position works directly with our patients in the roles of observation and transportation.  Crisis Standby Attendant Care should demonstrate interpersonal skills, have the ability to work with persons with mental and/or physical impairments, and possess the ability to react effectively in a wide variety of human service situations.  Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Connections - Transportation Services

  • Transportation "Connections" Driver - (Cowley and Independence) (2) Part-time openings for drivers to transport people throughout the local communities. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have the ability to work with elderly and disabled persons and possess the ability to react effectively in a wide variety of human service situations. High School Diploma or GED required. Applicants should also have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and driving record which meets compliance with agency’s liability carrier’s driving requirements.

Active Partners - In Home Services & Home Health

  • Home Health Attendant - (Multiple Areas) Part-time positions.  Will work with individuals in need of home health services.  Must be 18 years of age or older; possess demonstrated interpersonal skills; have effective verbal and written communication skills; have the ability to work with elderly and disabled persons; possess the ability to react effectively in a wide variety of human service situations; and pass pre-employment screens. Must be able to work independently and as a productive member of a team. Current State of Kansas certification for Home Health Aid or Certified Nurses Aid helpful, but not required
