Administrative/Operations Project Specialist - Full-time opening in Independence for a Project Specialist Employee will maintain an effective knowledge and provide support to Four County Mental Health Center’s programs, staff roles and functions, policies and procedures, forms and their application. High School diploma or GED Required, along with great office skills. Janitor/Custodian – Full-time opening in Coffeyville. Employee will help maintain a desirable appearance for our buildings in Coffeyville. Will pick up trash, vacuum, and clean all areas of building, as well as re-stock certain supplies. Will need to be able to lift 40 pounds and climb stairs. Applicant must have High School Diploma, GED, or be able to show at least 4 years experience as a janitor or custodian.

	Community Based Services - Children Currently no openings available. Community Support Services- Adults Attendant Care Provider - Part-time opening in Independence. Will work individually with adults to assist in their growth and recovery. Staff provides interventions which are related to specific goals on the treatment plan and document the intervention and the consumer’s progress toward reaching goals.

	Medical Services Psychiatric ARNP or PA – Full-time opening in Independence for a licensed psychiatric Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant. Employee will provide timely, effective outpatient psychiatric services to patients under the direction of the Medical Director while following the established protocols. Will provide professional psychiatric evaluations, medication checks, and other appropriate psychiatric office services as directed by the medical director. Must have a current ARNP or PA professional psychiatric license valid in the state of Kansas.

	Active Partners Home Health Care Home Health Care Attendant Care - Seeking individuals with a High School Diploma or GED and a desire to help others. Part-time positions up to 35 hours/week in Coffeyville and Fredonia areas. No license or certification required. Works closely with a team providing in-home services, allowing patients to remain in their own homes.
